Perfect Ten – tillynilly Creative Interiors celebrates 10 years in North Street

Ten out of ten

This April, the showroom at tillynilly Creative Interiors in North Street, Thame celebrates its tenth year. That’s ten years of helping create inspirational interiors for the home and workplace.

In fact, tillynilly has been successfully trading for twenty years. For an independent business, that is some achievement and well worth celebrating.

Since its opening, tillynilly has grown in size and now occupies the entire first floor in North Street. The spacious showroom is open to view fabrics, wallpapers, blinds, curtain poles and tracks. Here you will also find items for your home such as cushions, lampshades, throws, decorative accessories and lights.

Now we have spring approaching, it’s time to throw open the doors and windows. Spring cleaning and updating your interiors may well be on the agenda.

Firstly, tillynilly can help you with new window coverings: blinds of all descriptions, curtain tracks and poles, with motorised operation if needed; curtains of all descriptions from floaty voiles to hand finished interlined curtains and roman blinds.

How about those soft furnishings? Perhaps it’s time to look at new items such as a bench seat, scatter cushions, and lampshades.

Your spring cleaning might reveal some much needed repairs. tillynilly can also help with this. Curtain and roman blind repairs or alterations are carried out in their spacious workroom following a quick consultation with the team to determine your exact requirements.

There are many fabric collections and sample products to select from in their comfortable showroom (you are welcome to visit without appointment). Small fabric remnants are also available to buy. These can be used to create your own accessories and small items.

Keeping fresh and current is crucial to maintaining an excellent reputation and tillynilly has always, and will continue to offer quality products and services. Always introducing new ranges. Look out for an exciting new range of curtains and fabrics from Clarke & Clarke. tillynilly are their dedicated stockist in the area and are beginning a new collaboration with interior designer, author, and philanthropist Breegan Jane. This is a fabric and wallpaper collection deeply inspired by Breegan Jane’s travels around the world and her philanthropic work. The dramatic side of nature is captured in this collection.

Another super addition is fabric from William Morris at Home: an authentic Morris brand in partnership with the William Morris Gallery, a not-for-profit organisation based in Morris’ childhood home in Walthamstow, England. Using designs that bring the life and work of William Morris, artist and environmental campaigner, to future generations.

Throughout the past 10 years, tillynilly are grateful to have collaborated with creative suppliers and of course many new clients. The team has forged some long-term friends along the way.

Here’s to the next inspiring 10 years. Why not call in and see for yourself how a tillynilly interiors can improve your interior.
