From Gut Health to Hormones:
The Science-Led Path to Lasting Wellbeing
Expert nutritional therapy and functional medicine, now in Thame.
If you’ve been living with symptoms that haven’t been fully resolved, whether that’s gut discomfort, hormonal imbalance, persistent fatigue or something harder to name, Thrive Nutrition & Wellbeing are here to help.
We offer remote and in-person nutritional therapy and functional medicine consultations from our Oxfordshire clinic. Our expert team uncovers the root causes of your symptoms through detailed assessment, personalised nutrition and targeted wellbeing support. All services are delivered exclusively by BANT-registered, CNHC-accredited practitioners, ensuring a high standard of clinical, evidence-based care.
Personalised nutrition and dietary planning sit at the heart of everything we do, supported by practical lifestyle guidance around movement, sleep and stress. We take a comprehensive approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand how your diet, lifestyle and environment are working together – exploring food choices, eating patterns, digestion, stress load, sleep quality, movement habits, metabolic function and hormonal balance. By assessing these interconnected factors, we can identify what may be driving or sustaining your health concerns, particularly those that have developed gradually or persisted over time.
Where helpful, we use functional testing, including saliva, blood, urine and stool assessments, to gain deeper insight into gut health, nutrient sufficiency, inflammation, detoxification, hormone patterns, stress response and metabolic health. These tests help clarify what is happening internally at a biochemical level and allow us to tailor recommendations with greater precision and confidence. This approach is especially valuable for longer-term or chronic conditions where a broader understanding is needed to support meaningful change. Supplements may be recommended when clinically relevant, always tailored to your individual needs and reviewed within the context of your wider plan.
