Paintings, ceramics, jewellery, glass, wood, mixed media, metal, textiles and all things handmade are here to be discovered. It’s a must visit for those more unusual Christmas gift.

Again this year Susannah has introduced some wonderful items. Items that are both desirable and most importantly of all, affordable. From statement pieces to high quality
stocking fillers.

Stand out items include the superb range of jewellery. Every piece is made of sterling silver or ‘gold on sterling’ and all fitch&fellows jewellers are ‘designer makers’. This means all their work is handmade and, as Susannah knows them personally, pieces can often be modified and made to your own specifications.

Also for Christmas there are also new ceramic sculptures by Elaine Peto with her unique animal sculptures and Katherine Kingdom’s figurative sculptures and illustrated vessels.

You will also find some deliciously fragrant seasonal candles, decorations and lots and lots of whimsy (as you might expect from fitch&fellows).

The exhibition upstairs this year is entitled Out & About and focuses on paintings by four artists celebrating people, friends and family living day to day in our world. The artists featured are Steve Daggitt, Mary Casserley, Pip Shuckburgh and Barbara Burrows.

This exhibition runs from the 1st to the 31st December.
