Peter Sutcliffe is the Managing Director of J Bennett & Son Insurance Brokers and he’s just made a claim. Peter believes Insurance gets an undeserved bad press. He explains more to Jim Sherwood.
Shortly into our conversation, it’s abundantly clear that J Bennett & Son MD, Peter Sutcliffe, is passionate about Business Insurance.
“Insurance is vitally important to a business, if the worst should happen, no insurance or the wrong insurance could put you out of business. Unfortunately some companies don’t seem to take insurance as seriously as they should,” says Peter.
“It’s all very well going online and ticking the cheapest price box, but just how well are they really covered, what support do they get, and how soon will their claim be settled?” he adds. “We understand that price is important, but we feel real value for money is more important. We do all the hard work for our clients, ensuring claims are dealt with as quickly as possible,” he concludes.
